Arriving in Auckland
- If a student has requested an airport pickup, they must provide correct and confirmed flight details as soon as possible. This includes any changes to flight details.
- If a student has requested an airport pickup they should wait for Auckland English Academy representative behind the red seats on the ground floor of the main arrivals area of the Auckland International Airport. Please ask your students not to leave this meeting area until they have been met by our school representative. Our representative will be holding a sign with their name on it. (Look out for the lemon!)
- If for any reason, a representative of Auckland English Academy is not there, the student should go to the airport police or information desk for help. They will need to give the name of our school and our emergency freephone number: 0800 106 108.
